From 2016 - to present - I have been working in the corporate life. It was a huge change from working for myself as a web designer/graphic designer/content writer. I have been able to grow from frontline to supervisor in under 3 years working at this company. I have been thankful enough to have traveled to 10 domestic site locations and 3 outsourced site locations to reach out and gather feedback about tools/processes that do not work. I have been able to continue being innovative in bettering the processes and tools to make our jobs easier. I would have never thought I would have been chosen to do such amazing work for such a great company. I am now a supervisor where I help those on the front lines make their jobs easier each day. I help develop them to greatness and to achieve our company goals. I am the person they reach out to when they need help with something. I am the one who they trust with personal/non personal issues. I truly love being there for my employees each day and I want them to know that I am thankful for all the work they do. #Hackathons

I felt like while I was in college I was on track with my life. I had my job, classes, friends and then I would go home and study mostly. When I graduated with my Bachelors Degree I felt like I lost part of me. A part of me that is so intrigued with learning... I am a person that needs to learn something new everyday. I felt like I was loosing out on something that I should know in the world not going to class. Although I can just go to a bookstore and learn on my own it isn't the same as getting to know others in a classroom setting and testing your limits on what you've learned. I am not sure why I am like this but I am a hands on learner. I am looking forward to signing up soon for my Masters Degree! It's that time of year again. The nights are drawing in, temperatures are plummeting, the wind and rain are lashing at our windows, the trees stand skeletal. Yup, autumn is here and Halloween is almost upon us.Marketing has embraced (or throttled if you’d prefer) the spirit of All Hallows’ and, in conjunction with the creepy talents of Unruly, has compiled a top 15 of the world’s scariest ads and marketing stunts of recent, and not so recent, years. Unruly and Marketing have ranked the ads on the basis of their number of all-time shares, while the selection is also slightly subjective - otherwise there would have been a few too many zombies, and as much as we love the undead, they can get a bit tedious with all that moaning and shuffling. While some of the following spots are scary, some silly, some inadvertently rather than intentionally creepy (step forward Ronald McDonald with a tray stuck to his head); others are gory and a couple are just downright grim. You have been warned. So grab a cushion, a spare pair of pants, and enjoy our list of the 15 most-shared scary ads. 1. Carrie - Telekinetic Coffee Shop Surprise 2,355,137 shares 2. LG - So Real, it’s Scary 590,309 shares 3. Dead Island - Official Announcement Trailer 541,452 shares 4. Dirt Devil - The Exorcist 329,968 shares 5. Snickers - Halloween Grocery Store Lady 145,557 shares 6. Phones4u - Little Girl 52,138 Shares Working and being in college is such a stress. I don't know how people have done it over the years. I swear kids that don't have to work while in college have the good life. If its not work its an exam or homework then it's class. It is an on going process week after month after year. But as it gets closer to my graduation date I just keep thinking whats next... Grad school? Move out of state? Start working full time until I drown in papers? Open my own company and become my own boss? What?! Lord show me the way.
